Going for a Vietnamese in the UK usually means a relaxed café-style experience – perhaps a quick, nourishing bowl of pho, the
staple noodle soup. Chef Jeff Tan has lifted the experience at Go Viet to something more akin to a special occasion. Soft leather
booths, a neutral colour scheme and flattering lighting create a soothing effect. The menu is equally upmarket, with delicate,
